Michelle

I started my career in Sales and spent the first 15 years of my career working in Sales and Management roles, I went on to set up and run 2 successful businesses of my own and then turned my attention to working with others to develop their ideas.

I have worked with Entrepreneurs for over 18 years, whilst at the University of Gloucestershire I worked with some incredible student Entrepreneurs and helped them to shape their businesses I have been involved with both the Royal Agricultural University and Hartpury University Enterprise Awards working with Businesses helping them to achieve their goals through running training programs and one to one support.

I joined NatWest in 2016 as a Business Growth Enabler where I worked across the South West of England and Wales providing support to SME’s, start up and high growth businesses through running training workshops, mentoring and coaching and connecting them with the right support they needed at the right time.

I have had the opportunity to work with some incredibly passionate and talented entrepreneurs across all sectors, latterly I have been working with colleagues across the south West and Wales supporting the NatWest’s award winning Accelerator Programme.

I have worked with over 350 business owners helping them turn their ideas into successful businesses and guiding their dreams to realities.

I believe that every business has unique strengths and potential waiting to be realised. My coaching centres around a personalised, results-driven approach. I work closely with my clients to understand their goals, identify barriers, and develop actionable strategies for growth. Through a combination of proven methods and innovative techniques, I help businesses streamline operations, enhance leadership capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
